about payment at that time and we were told that they would be paying by EFS check.We then unhooked the truck from the trailer and towed it to our repair shop. Before unhooking our mechanic looked and saw a bunch of wires that were melted. He then started repairing there and also found a bad fuel line. After most of the morning talking back and forth with the company about getting an EFS check we finely got paid $300.00 from a Fleet Service towards the $500.00 towing charge but still no EFS check for the rest of the charges. It is now going on 3 P.M. and we then told the company that they needed to figure out the rest of the payment. They wanted to pay by credit card over the phone and they were told that we do not accept credit cards anymore over the phone for large amounts or from trucking companies. At this point we tried to put the truck in our lot until payment is made in full. The driver would not give the key back to us. They then called the police. After discussion with the they said that there was nothing that they could do. After some time we picked up the truck with our tow truck and put it in our secure lot until payment was made. After many phone calls we offered to bring the driver to get cash at the truck stop in Hudson WI. He was able to get part of the cash from the trucking company. After we went back to pick up the driver (we dropped him off because we had another tow call to go to, he was told to call us when he was ready to be picked up again) we then had to take the driver to the TCF in Stillwater to get the rest of the money. The trucking company told us it cost them a fee of $65.00 to get the cash. We then deducted this amount from the total bill for them.On the next day, Friday, June 24th, the customer called us to inform us that the truck broke down again after he was 90 miles away. He was then told that our sole mechanic was booked. He would not be able to look at it until the next week. The man on the phone was very rude and belligerent. He said, " I hope your wife gets diagnosed with cancer and your kid gets run over by a bus."

dispatch from AAA in a timely matter then this would be a cash service. Driver arrived on scene about 9:45 pm. Driver loaded car to get out of roadway per State Patrol and advised dispatch we were waiting for AAA to call us. As of 10:25 pm we still had not received a call from AAA, we then advised the driver to tell the customer that we had to move on and get payment from the customer and then get reimbursed from AAA. Driver then advised us that he would be towing the vehicle to the customers home about 4 miles away. He was told to charge $125.00 plus tax for a total of $133.91. At that time driver gave credit card information to our dispatch to run and minutes later Road America called our dispatch not AAA. We are not a contract vendor with Road America so we do not accept their purchase orders. They offered a credit card payment at that time but we advised them that we were in the middle of running the customers credit card. They then advised us to tell the customer to submit their invoice for reimbursement. If the customer would have told our driver to tow it to the mechanic that night he would have done so. They requested it to be brought to their home. Driver cleared at customers home about 10:45 pm.
