My year old mother resides in these apartments for months The apartment's only method of payment is a bank pull via their website in which you are supposed to be able to setup revolving draws to pay the rent monthly by the first as required by the lease This feature randomly works from month to month When it fails to work, the apartment complex hits you with a $late fee even though it was their website failure and their policy not to take checks as payment that is the root cause of the rent being late My mother has had issues with the payment system every single month, and has incurred additional fees at 2-times because of the system's deficiencies Property management has been contacted; they refuse to admit there is a problem and refund the abusive, excessive charges, and their attitude is they could care less about their customers Requested escalation to corporate owner; provided a phone # by the property manager that does not function

My wife (***) and I (*** ***) spoke with the management at Stillwood Farms (***) on Aug4th about moving in for months while our house was being builtThey gave us a higher monthly rate due to the shorter lease agreementThey were fully aware of our closing date of September 21st and we agreed to stay until Octto fulfill a month lease
