Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below[redacted] [redacted] My mom n dad kept asking them where the receipts was of the things they said they fixed that month it was there and they would change the subject or just have no comment they wouldn't give me any receipts to show proof that they ever did anything to the car so our opinions they didn't ever fix anything on the car like they said And if you look on the paper from [redacted] it says customer request to get it done so that's just what they requested to get done n not let them look for the real problem My check engine light does not go off at all anymore it stays on every time I start up the car my neighbor is the one who told me that something is seriously wrong the one time when he changed the battery in that car and told me to turn them in as a lemon because they wouldn't take care of it im not going to stop on this till something is solved because this has been going on since the day after buying this car and they kept throwing me around and not doing anything and just cause they told me to take the car to them don't mean they actually fixed anything cause if they did n the flash was the real problem then why is my check engine light still on and not gone off at all and the air bag light and after I use my e break the light stays on till I shut the car off all this happened after the flash they did to the car im sick of these car lots around here doing this to me n ppl I know so im not going to stop till its solved to prove I ain't taking crab from these car lots around here anymore I'll never buy another car from around here ever again im not trying to let another thousand Some dollars go to waste on another car bought from around here and then trading them my other car Where they said [redacted] said to do that is a straight lie I went and talked to them up [redacted] the guy told me when I took it up there they DID NOT want to do the flash to the car because it could hurt it worse and solves nothing n they kept telling them they wanted to check it over to see what was really wrong with it and they told [redacted] they didn't wanna pay for anymore then the flash which only costed them bucks to do and I took the car to auto zone to get the codes checked and there was things wrong with it but [redacted] refused to look at my receipt and I stopped taking my car to them car every time I did my car was just sitting in the same spot and after paying thousand or so for the car and having it sit up there for almost the whole first month I got sick of taking it up there to them when they wouldn't do anything bout it and they wouldn't listen to a word I ever said only my mom or dad and to this day my check engine light is still on and half my radio lights work I told them that to and they did nothing bout it im not the first person to go up there n get a bad car I was told someone went up there n got a car n it blew up the next day I would just like this problem solved something is seriously wrong with the computer it got way worse after the flash they did and if that was the problem then my check engine light and nothing should still be coming up the flash literally fixed nothing Regards, *** [redacted]
