I am rejecting this response because:Still waiting on the check that Watson Ford wasgoing to process. We are a week out and waiting.

I would like to apologize for not responding sooner.  The service manager has been out due to his mother in law having a stroke out of state and when he returned Mr. [redacted] was out on business.  Since they are both at work now, we have once again reviewed the bill and all of the telephone conversations between the various parties.  Mr. [redacted] is sending, via certified mail, a check in the amount of $207.00 which represents the total amount of the bill (462.00) minus the tow bill (135.00) and one hour of diagnostics which was previously agreed to by Mr. [redacted].  That leaves the balance at $207.00.  At this point, we feel this matter is closed.

We reviewed all calls between Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] and Watson Quality Ford and also the calls between Watson Quality Ford and service manager at [redacted] in Brookhaven. Mrs. [redacted] did get a little frustrated on the call with Mr. [redacted] when answering his questions. She could not pin point an...

exact time for the part delivery. All other calls were very cordial. All phone calls are attached. This truck was towed in to Watson Quality Ford inoperable. We put on an air filter first because the one on the van was clogged. Turbos have to have air to work. We then test drove the vehicle and the tech detected the powering down of the engine. The turbo was only producing 10 PSI. This technician has been working on diesel engines for us for over 20 years. In our last call to Mr. [redacted] from our General Manager, [redacted], he apologized to Mr. [redacted] and told him he would be sending back a partial refund that would be for one hour of diagnostics. Mr. [redacted] agreed and thanked Mr. [redacted] for the follow-up phone call. We are processing the check and consider this matter closed. It would only let us upload 4 of the 8 files. We will email the 8 files directly to the case agent with Revdex.com.

This vehicle was transferred in from another dealer and therefore, that is the reason it had 150 miles on it.  It was not a used vehicle.  After two weeks of owning this vehicle, Mr. [redacted] contacted [redacted] about a hole in the right door panel.  Mr. [redacted] agreed to replace...

the right door panel and one was ordered that day.  As of this date, it has not come in.  Mr. [redacted] drove his vehicle to the body shop to have some other issues resolved.  When [redacted] from [redacted] took the vehicle in for repair, he noted that the Low Tire Pressure Light was on.  After repairing his vehicle, Mr. [redacted] claims that there was also damage to the left door panel.  [redacted] denies that there was any damage as he was careful to inspect all of the work that was door on that side of the vehicle.  Therefore, we are not replacing that door panel.  Even though there was no issue with the tire when Mr. [redacted] took delivery of his vehicle, we agreed to replace the one tire.  We have asked him for a picture of the tire so we can order the correct one.  As of this date, he has not sent us any pictures.  Mr. [redacted] had asked Mr. [redacted] to contact him when he brought his vehicle in for service and as of this date, he has not heard from Mr. [redacted].  We believe he has had his vehicle at another Ford dealership for repairs, possibly even the one his Dad owns.  At this time, we are awaiting the right door panel and when it comes in, we will give him a call to schedule an appointment.
