As the customer has stated we were to go to her rental house to repair washer leak and kitchen sink leakWhile we was there a person showed me more leaks under both bathroom lavatoriesI noticed the gaskets on the sink pop ups were cracked
and leakingAs I email to let the customer know I was not aware of who I was talking withI have not seen them in over a yearI thought I was dealing with someone who was there to get things fixedI let them know why it was leaking and I would get the material for repairsNothing was said about contacting the customer first before repairs were madeWe fixed leaks next dayWhen I sent the customer a bill thru email she called and started in about the repairs were not approved and she was furious overe the phoneI tried to explain but couldn't get a word in at allShe said she was in a car on the road and for me to call on Monday after she has a chance to print invoice and reviewI called on Monday and no answerI left message about my side of situation and that I was at fault for not calling her to get approval of repairsI then said that if she didn't want the repairs done that we could go back and take out the pop ups and put old ones back inWe also put on a new dryer vent that was not approvedI also said to if she didn't want it we could remove it alsoI did not threaten herI said it was her choiceEither pay or we can remove non approved items and no questions askedI did not get a phone call back after daysI then emailed her the same message and no responseagain gave her a choice to pay or we can come and remove itemsThat is not a threatI then get a check on Monday for the pop ups but no labor paid to install themShe also failed to pay the tax on the pop upsI then sent her an email stating that I got her check for the pop ups but she did not pay the sales tax for them and no labor to install themI put in this email that we did not cause the leaks in the first place it was because the house set empty for a year and the gaskets crackedNot our faultI said that I would credit her the labor to install because whatever I do I am not going to make her happyI also said that if I would of called to get approval from her I can't imagine her not fixing them while we was thereHer only choices would of to fix them or let them leak and ruin the cabinet alsoIf she didn't fix I think the tenant would of called to complain about water leaking under the bathroom sinkI also put in the email that she did not pay for the dryer vent and if she didn't want to pay for it we could come and remove itWe had another job we could use it onNot once did I threaten her in an email or phone messageI always gave her a choice to pay or we can come remove itemsI also said I would credit her the labor since she didn't pay for itHaven't heard from her sinceI got a phone call from tenant the next day after email and wanted to know what was going onI then told him and we went and got the dryer ventAs far as I am concerned this issue is doneI got paid for the material we put in and I credited her account the labor that was not paid and I got the dryer vent back which was not approvedI don't think I deserved this complaint as mistakes happen through out the dayI told her it was my fault and tried to give her choice as to what to doIt looks like to me she wanted the leaks fixed for nothing after I found themI still can't believe she would let them leak and I know the tenant would complain about them because he is the one who showed me them in the first placeIn closing I am done with this complaint since she has paid for the material and I have credited her labor back off her account

The first phone conversation I was told to go ahead and deduct the amount of the dryer vent and minutes of labor for the part, then he goes and takes it out, another show of disrespect, he does admit that he should of called and I agree with that then all of this would not of happenedHe states at the beginning he did not know who anyone was then later he calls him the tenant, Am glad this is over I will be sure not to use him again and be sure to tell anyone who asks about how I was taken advantage ofCONSIDER IT CLOSED I was expecting a bill and got billed for over He should of only done and work I first requested and if any more work was to be done he should of called and let me know how muchTHIS WHOLE INCIDENT WAS NOT HANDLED PROFESSIONALLY
