10 March 10, 2017 Revdex.com Attn: Mr. Dave D[redacted] 222 West Market Street Akron, OH 44303 Dear Mr. D[redacted], I disagree with the customer statements that were made on complete ID [redacted]. My understanding of the situation is that the customer thought his battery was paid for. Upon pulling...

his invoice there was no battery on the invoice and I simply stated that he needed to pay for the battery. That is when Mr. [redacted] told me that he didn't like my attitude and this why we have bad customer reviews. And again he stated that he had a zero balance and I stated if there is no battery on the invoice that you owe for a battery. Or I can remove the battery from the motorcycle and you won't owe for a battery. At that point in time he asked Rich to call his wife laying his cell phone on the counter and that is the only time that his wife's name came into this. I never said anything about his wife. Shortly after that Mr. [redacted] used profanity at the service/parts counter. That's when I asked him to leave the store and to apologize to the two existing customers that were standing at the counter and listening to the conversation. At that point in time I walked to the back of the store to avoid any further confrontation with him. Todd, my service manager, approached me and said that he was paying his bill for the battery and the Mr. [redacted] would be leaving the store. At that point in time I stepped outside to where he drove by and flipped me the bird and left the parking lot. I then called the Medina County Police Department and spoke to Officer Jesse [redacted] and advised him of the situation and that I had asked Mr. [redacted] to leave the property and that he never come back. Officer [redacted] advised me that if Mr. [redacted] came back I was to call him. Twenty four to 48 hours later Mr. [redacted] called the store and said that there were scratches on his gas tank. These were not reported on the day he picked up his bike. The monies he is disputing and that he's claiming ($375) were for a windshield and a battery therefore we owe him no money and he has been asked not to return to the dealership due to his swearing at my employees, customers and myself. If you require further statements needed by the service manager or the service writer we will be glad to provide them to you. Sincerely, John T[redacted]General Manager
