I have a 17 year old got belly pierce with out parent consent. There was no adult present in time of service . Just the minor signing the terms and agreement .As a parent of a minor I should have right to give consent . I am an angry parent who don't accept this kind of situation.Desired SettlementMinor should get authorization first from the parents . Parent should be present in time of service.
