Review: I paid Chris S[redacted] from the S[redacted] group $11,300 Via a wire transfer to his [redacted] account (A/C number - [redacted] )for a 2001 [redacted] forklift . After sending him the money and him sending me a signed bill of sale. He had his collegaue Santana B[redacted] call me and demand an additional $10,000 for the same unit . Claiming they mis priced the unit . I asked for a refund immedately . It has been almost 30 days since then and I have not recievded my refund . They stopped taking my calls and responding to my emails .Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the $11,300 I paid them for product I paid for and they did not deliver on. I also want them to compensate me for wasting my time . Holding my money for almost 30 days and for all the inconvience and time wasted.

Review: The Stirling Group has failed to refund my company the money that we are due from the purchase of a forklift. The Stirling Group acted as a broker on our behalf with regard to a $21.5K forklift we purchased from [redacted] Tractor Sales. The forklift was delivered to us, but not in the condition as advertised so we requested a refund of our purchase amount. [redacted] Tractor obliged our request and they wired the refund amount they owed The Stirling Group. However, The Stirling Group has yet to refund us the full purchase amount of $21.5K. The forklift was purchase on July 16, 2014 and as of Oct. 3rd, 2014 we are yet to receive the refund. [redacted] Tractor sales refunded their portion to The Stirling Group on approx. Sept 9th, 2014.Desired Settlement: RMC requests the full refund amount of $21,500.
