had not received a return call.  On February 24, 2015 he finally returned my called and confirmed that he needed to size L and 1 XL.  I explained that I did not have the second L in stock and would have to order it. He said that would be fine and asked that I go ahead and stitch the two jackets which I had in stock and ship to him.  On March 5th the two jackets shipped to the address he had provided, [redacted].  I have not heard from Mr. [redacted].  A lady called me inquiring about the status of the jackets she did not leave a name only [redacted].  I explained to her that they had been shipped but did not have any information with me as I was out of town at a show.  I would get back to her as soon as I returned home.  She hung up and called back in 30 minutes requesting the same information, I explained the same thing to her again.  This went on most of day with her calling every 30 minutes she had the attitude of a bull dog, I eventually stopped answering her calls.  I am sure the jackets have been delivered as I have not heard back from her this week.  Since I returned home this week I have received the additional jacket which Mr. [redacted] ordered.  The jacket will be stitched and shipped on Monday.  The biggest delay in their order was the fact that they would not return my calls so I could go ahead and process the order with the correct sizes.

Customers jackets were shipped as promised on Monday.  Customer telephoned me and I verified that jackets had been shipped.  Jackets were delivered to customer on Thursday, the same day she filed this complaint.  Also She telephoned me and I spoke with her on the phone she states in...

her complaint was disconnected.   I told customer when we talked I would track package.  Customer stated she would call me back on Friday the 28th.  I have not heard from her since and she does not return my calls.  When I tracked the package it showed that she had already received the package when she called me.

Review: I ordered 3 jackets from her at the red bluff gelding sale. She had a booth set up there in a trailer. I paid for the order in full at the time of the order... it's been 2 months and I have not received my jackets. She claims she sent 2 and one is on order... she can not give me a tracking number so we can locate the jackets She can't even tell me where they were shipped.. now she is avoiding my phone calls... I left multiple messages. At this point I'd just like reimburse for the jackets I've never recivedDesired Settlement: No jackets were received want refunded
