I'm sorry that you don't agree. We spoke with you and explained our return policy. You agreed to keep the fabric and it was returned to you. We can't put fabric back on the bolt after it has been cut nor can we sell it to someone else. We gladly refund when the fabric is flawed or soiled but not because the consumer changes their mind. That line was designed for skirts and tops with the two colors.

The product is as described on the website. I understand that the customer did not read the description or the policies on how to handle returns on product. There is no refund or credit solution to this order because the customer has initiated a chargeback with her credit card company. Stitch-N-Frame has been in business for more than 30 years. This is the first time we have ever had such a complaint. We have to allow for our history to stand for itself.

I am rejecting this response because:
 I don't think you understand. Your description says one thing and your picture shows a completely different image than the description. How am I supposed to know which one to believe? If I had read the description and bought it based on that then the picture would be wrong and how do you expect me to know that you put a picture from the website. And why didn't you take the picture yourself to show an accurate portrayal of the product? Why would you use the stock photo for a different fabric if you knew that it was not an accurate portrayal of the fabric? There are so many holes in your case and it is over such a small amount of money. If you have been in business for so long than you should be able to easily refund the money and go on with your business instead of tarnishing your reputation by doing things like holding on to your ego. You didn't show an accurate picture of the product and therefore you misled me to buy something that you knew I would not buy if you had shown an accurate picture. Refund the money. It's that simple.

The product that the customer purchased was as advertised. I "refused" her return shipment as requested by the customer in the email. This customer was abusive and threating in emails to our business. I have attached all emails which show the product she ordered, our return policy which was stated...

clearly on the website, and the customers instructions. I did exactly as the customer asked. The attached email trail is the ONLY contact I have had with the customer. I stopped responding to the emails once they became threatening and verbally abusive.

I am rejecting this response because:
NO this is not a quality product. Please look at the 2 pictures that I previously sent. You can easily see that only half of the fabric has a print on it when in the advertised picture it shows that the print covers the full thing. The picture does not accurately portray the product.

I am rejecting this response because:
The product was actually not as advertised. I attached a picture of the webpage that advertised the product. I also attached a picture of the actual fabric that they sent to me. As you can see the picture does not show that half of the fabric has no print on it. This is false advertising.  The picture does not actually represent the product.
