I met with the owner for a fitting and alterations on a pair of jeans and a jacket on February 14, 2020. I was told I would receive an invoice the next day and the work would take approximately 2 weeks to complete. I never received an invoice and, despite multiple calls and emails, have never received any response from the owner. She still has the jeans and jacket.

Contact by the Business I would like the owner to contact me and either arrange to return the two items of clothing or complete the job.
I was contacted by the business owner today. She says my clothes are ready to be picked up and she will invoice me immediately. It appears my complaint is resolved.
