Review: Never received my order placed OCT16th 2013. They responded to a message in JAN saying they would ship at end of month, but now it is mid March.Desired Settlement: Complete refund of $31.00

Review: I preordered and paid for an outfit from them in December that was supposed to ship in March. The product has not shipped and they will not respond to attempts to contact them. So they have my money and I am stuck with nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $34 or I would like the girls 3t smocked pirate outfit I ordered.

Review: Order from Stitched and Smocked. Never received my order, email them several times regarding my order, they reply that the order was shipping. Well going on 2 weeks and still never received it. Very frustratingNow they wont respond to my emails, I even asked for a refund. The lack of customer services is horrible. Im beginning to think they are a scam. Very disappointed.Desired Settlement: I would either like a refund or my Order!!!!!

Review: I ordered from the Facebook retailer Stitched and Smocked twice using Paypal- on 1/1/2014 (smocked shortall, $26.10) and on 2/8/2014 (2 appliqud tshirts, $36.00). Both of these orders were preorders that were supposed to ship in March. I went to the site and both emailed and messaged the owner to find out when they would be delivered. I received no response. I noticed several angry posts on the page from others who had not received their items. It appears I've been scammed. At this point it's past the timeframe in which I can dispute my claim with PayPal.Desired Settlement: I would either like the items I ordered or my money refunded, ASAP.

I did receive a refund for the second unfulfilled order via Paypal, but the not from any help from Stitched and Smocked. I remain unreimbursed for the first order, as it was outside of Paypal's 45 day window.

Review: I pre-ordered a pink polka dot float bubble with monogramming and a hot pink crab bubble for my nine month old daughter on 1/4/2014. A confirmation email was received indicating products would be mailed by late February or early March. No tracking information was given and the products had not been received, so I emailed the company at [redacted] inquiring the status of my order along with my order number on 3/9/2014. No response was given, and no phone number or any other contact information is listed on their website: [redacted]. I looked at their Facebook page where several other customers left comments on the company's wall indicating the same difficulty I had with not receiving pre-ordered items. I left a message on the wall, and no response was made. I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute as well as file a complaint with the Louisiana General Attorney.Desired Settlement: My credit card company reimbursed my money; however, it was not the credit card company's problem to remedy. Stitched and Smocked need to reimburse their customers or credit card companies. I also strongly feel that Stitched and Smocked need to have their website and Facebook page taken down so that other consumers are not taken advantage.

Review: I ordered (and paid for) a monagrammed dress on January 17, 2014. Over a month passed and I had not received my order so I inquired about the order via email and Face Book private message and never received a response! When they posted a new item on their site, I immediately commented and said that I had ordered, paid for but never received my order and have had no response from my inquiries". Shortly thereafter, I receive a response to my latest email advising that my order should have been shipped out long ago and would go out in the morning - this was on March 6, 2014. You guessed it, I still have not received it. I saw another post on FB and commented again stating that I wanted an immediate refund in full - I then noticed MANY other comments from people that have had the same issue with this company. Someone even filed a complaint with the Attorney General.Desired Settlement: Full Refund.How does this company continue to advertise and sell to consumers when they do not deliver what was sold??

Review: I have ordered numerous items from stitched and smocked and still have never received them. There is no way to email the consumer. I would like to know why I have never received my items or a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for all the items I have purchased.

Review: I placed an order back on December 26, 2013 to Stitched and Smocked for an outfit and still have yet to receive the items. I have tried to contact this company and they have given me no response to why my items have not been delievered. I would just greatly appreicate a refund for the items or for the items to be shipped immediately. Review: Repeated non-delivery of preordered clothing. After repeated attempts to contact seller through their listed email, I still get no reply. They now owe me $32 for an outfit I paid for and never received. This is not the first time I've had this issue (though they did process my redund after repeated emails last time) but, judging by the comments posted on their website, this appears to be a common issue among their patrons.Desired Settlement: $32 via Paypal for items never received [redacted]
