I asked the customer if they would like me to update the program on the remoteShe said no that her son did it and he would do itI told her that I would do it so her system would work better and I did not charge her for itThere was one problem and her son fixed it before I had a chance to come backThe programing was done on her computer because that is were it was startedShe was given a receipt with my address and equipment that was installedIt is in emailAll registration of equipment is done by customer so it is in their name by mail, online or on the setup option in equipmentThe balance of the speakers was done by the system in the receiver at time of installBeing asked to do further adjustment was not asked until weeks after installI was not able to get back as soon as because I was working miles away and had to move unexpectedlyThey only time that I did not answer phone calls where late at night and weekendsI also install, with no charge was a internet line from router to system so it would have more functions
