Business did not provide receipts for equipment bought, did not provide warranty information, did not provide receipt for work paid for. Did not complete work contracted for. Sent threatening email.
Want receipts for equipment purchased and receipt for completed work.
I asked the customer if they would like me to update the program on the remote. She said no that her son did it and he would do it. I told her that I would do it so her system would work better and I did not charge her for it. There was one problem and her son fixed it before I had a chance to...
come back. The programing was done on her computer because that is were it was started. She was given a receipt with my address and equipment that was installed. It is in email. All registration of equipment is done by customer so it is in their name by mail, online or on the setup option in equipment. The balance of the speakers was done by the system in the receiver at time of install. Being asked to do further adjustment was not asked until 2 weeks after install. I was not able to get back as soon as normal because I was working 100 miles away and had to move unexpectedly. They only time that I did not answer phone calls where late at night and weekends. I also install, with no charge was a internet line from router to system so it would have more functions.
