Very unusual methods of repair and maintenance. No knowledge of building and health codes. Don't know where he finds help but you're probably better off looking in a dumpster. How he keeps any repeat business is mind blowing to me. I will never have him work on any of my projects again and I definitely will not recommend him to anyone.
