We were not looking forward to waiting until Monday [redacted] gave me a time estimate for his arrival (he beat the estimate by minutes), and got to work immediately when he arrived The part was a pretty common one, and luckily the problem hadn't cascaded into more problems (why don't these systems have fail-safes, anyway?**) before he got thereHe had the equivalent part on the truck, and within an hour we were cooling again and back in business!
