Review: I purchase a vehicle on 2/**/14 from a private dealer on craigslist. His name is [redacted]. He sold me a default 2004 Nissan Murano for $7300. After I purchased the vehicle I been having nothing but problems with the vehicle. I have a engine leak that if it is not fixed the fumes from the leak can start coming thru the vents. That was explained to my husband and I from a mechanic. I'm currently 5 months pregnant and I can't have a vehicle like that. I called [redacted] on 3/**/14 and made him aware of the situation he stated" there is nothing he can do and hung up the phone on me". I'm still covered under a 30 day warranty and feel that [redacted] should be reliable of fixing the vehicle. The mechanic also stated that the vehicle rust is so bad like the car has been around salt water. So it is possible that [redacted] sold me a vehicle that was damaged from Hurricane Sandy.Desired Settlement: I would like for [redacted] to get the vehicle fix so I can have a working, reliable car. Or either refund me my money so I can purchase another vehicle that is working.
