Along with all the others that were put up there? It's hilliarous that they think anyone will believe they sit there and hand wash all of their slides it's not even possible to do thatWhen we spoke on the phone I was told I'd have a small cleaning fee and when I told you I wasn't paying anything because of the problems we had with the slide it was left on my husbands voicemail that you would charge as much as you could simply because you didn't like my attitudeWhen we dropped the slide off my husband let the two guys know that it did have a little bit of grass on it because we could not get the slide rolled over and hosed off again and return it on time (which is why we called to ask what we should do and got no answer)Your workers were using pressure washers and a back back blow dryer to clean your little red Lexus when we pulled up so lying about how the slides are cleaned is ridiculous$is not a cleaning fee that's more than what it cost to rent the slide!! We will not be paying anything unless it's maybe a $fee because that slide could have been hosed down with a water hose in under an hour

I have photos of the slide with the debris on it. I have three witnesses as to the condition of the slide when it was inflated for cleaning.

Year to date, we have honored at least 20 free rentals. And at this point have several free rentals on the schedule. This has never been an issue and our customers have enjoyed the free rental. We will not be paying anything unless it's maybe a $35 fee because that slide could have been hosed down with a water hose in under an hour.

As stated before, the Turbo Blast water slide was returned in a condition that required excessive cleaning.  The customer was never told that we clean our units with a pressure washer. In 7 years, we have never used a pressure washer to clean our inflatables. How other companies clean their inflatables has no relevance in this matter. The customer did leave a negative review on Google. However, our business did not delete the review. We are not allowed nor able to delete reviews on Google. As the business owner, we can only respond to the review. There were never any other customer reviews stating that they were scammed. The customer is unhappy because she is being charged a cleaning fee. The slide was returned in a condition that required excessive cleaning. A cleaning fee is due on the account. We cannot write off the expense of the extra cleaning. We will agree to decrease the bill to 6 hours. If the customer does not agree, we will pursue a legal course to collect the full amount due on the account.
