Yes I did have my fiancee drive the car, but I did that because as he is some one who has been working on cars for fifty years and he has also rebuild cars from the ground up he does have a great understanding of how a car works, when he drives he listen for any kinks, knocks, are sputtersHe also looked at the engine and under the car for any oil leaks, transmission leaks or any thing that might have to do with the drive trainWe took the car on the highway for a test drive and it drove and shifted fine, one week later while I was driving to school and had gotten off the highway and stop before I was about to make a right turn the car would not shift out of fifth gearI turn the car off restarted it and it still would not shift out of fifth gearI called AAA they pushed me to the nearest service station, my fiancee came with my other car and actually drove the car home and it shiftedI have since then taken my vehicle to a Infiniti dealer and they found nothing wrong but I had to pay a hundred dollars to have it doneThe problem with the dealer is he made his warranty sound as if any thing went wrong under the warranty it would be covered the problem I have when he would not help I tried to take the car back and he refuse to take the carSo it seemed as if he had this warranty to cover him not the consumer and I did not feel it was fair that I brought a car and a week later I was scared to drive it because it got stuck in fifth gear I am years old I have been driving a manual car off and on for years and have not run in to such shady business in my life the only reason no one has ever said anything, because I think that this dealer feels that since I am Afro American that he can said what he wants and do what he wantsThere was sticker on the window that it had a warranty but when I got inside he said the warranty had a $deductible shady very shadyI have the warranty that was on the window at that time

We have done our best to satisfy [redacted] *** [redacted] damaged Buick Randezvous by abusing and burnt the transmission after a month of her purchase dateTo make her happy we switch her into Chevy Malibu and she signed all legal papers and we cancelled her financing contract for Buick Randezvous [redacted] kept driving the Chevy Malibu without making any payments on an agreed contractWhenever our collection team contacted her [redacted] after she missed her payment date, she was verbally very abusiveShe was verbally abusive to me as allAs an owner of the establishmentWe tried our best to keep [redacted] satisfied [redacted] not even single time addressed any issues with us nor kept her appointment agreement, which she never showed upWhen it was time to make her payments she was avoiding our calls, and avoiding making any efforts to making a paymentWhile Malibu had no issues Stl Autoplaza Management

MS [redacted] and her sister [redacted] purchased the Ford Expedition on 11/4/as an AS-ISYES the SUV was SAFETY inspected as required by state of MissouriPlease see the following attached documents:Safety Inspectionbuyer guideWe have already worked with MS [redacted] when she bought the SUV and offered her to bring in her suv so we can help her get it repairedShe kept driving for almost a year now, according to MS [redacted] until recently when she was involved in an accident , and SUV anti theft alarm wont let her start the SUV, which is beyond our controlHowever, we still offered her to tow the SUV into our repair shop, but she ignored our request, and she ignored our repeated calls, until the SUV was towed by city of Saint Louis, then she called us back and asked us to get it out of the Tow yardWhen we advised her it's her responsibility, she got upset and very angry, and filed a compliant against STL AUTOPLAZA with Revdex.comOnce she gets her SUV out of the tow yard we will be happy to work with herSTL AUTOPLAZAManagement

She admits she drove off the lot and the car was working fine If she noticed the shift a week later, this is out of my hands I tried to help her as much as I could I gave her a free extended warranty to protect her, which was a $1,drive train warranty

MS [redacted] filed a complaint after we Repossessed her SUV on January 18th, Her car was repossessed for non payment of an agreed full down-payment per per-repossess agreementMS [redacted] never stopped after the sale of the SUV nor made an appointment for any issues as she mentioned in her complaint

Mrs *** test drove the car and had her mechanic fully checked it out prior to purchasing and driving out of the lot.Mrs *** was not familiar is to how the manual transmission works, since her partner drove the car out of the lot upon delivery, and according to her while she was on the highway,
she tried to shift it to the fifth gear and accidentally shifted into a lower gear and transmission gear brokeIt's out of our hands is to how a customer operates or abuses a vehicle. Additionally, we advised Ms *** that recently we installed a new clutch, and it runs well, which her mechanic confirmed prior to purchasing the vehicleWe disclosed all of the issues if any to her prior to her purchasing the vehicle, and she agreed to proceed Mrs *** have a valid drive train warranty for months or three thousand miles which ever comes first, and she has failed to get her car fixed with an authorized transmission repair facility.Finally, we are here to help in every way to make her an happy and satisfied customer

All of the required documents including Safety and Emissions inspections were given to Ms *** at the time of the delivery of the Vehicle, and she apparently lost/Misplaced the documents We have resolved all of the issues and she is/was happy with the resolution
