I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted]. Although I do not agree with the reasoning provided by [redacted] as we never had an agreement regarding the delay of the project. Also, regardless of him being unavailable for a "few" days he did not respond to our multiple inquires for weeks at a time and was more than 2 months late with the delivery of the project, but we now have the wine rack.. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.
