Order a Chromebook from them on Nov24th for my kid's Christmas present They delivered the package to the wrong state (I live in Michigan, they delivered it to Miami, FL) When I contacted them about overnighting a replacement unit to me so that my child would have a present to open on Christmas morning, they responded on Christmas Eve saying they were issuing me a refund and the funds would be available within hours Literally ruined my kid's Christmas

ON 12/14/ I PLACE AN ORDER FOR A INCH TOY'SR US ALLEY CATAPILAR THE ORDER WAS SET TO BE DELIVER ON 12/28/ ON 12/19/THE SELLER STL PRO INC SENT ME A CANCELLATION EMAIL OF MY ORDER ON 12-19- I WAS NOT AWARE OF THE EMAIL UNTIL TODAY AT 8:30AM I CLICK ON THE ITEM AND SAW THAT STL WAS RESALING THE PRODUCT FOR $INTEAD OF $WHICH IT WAS THE PRICE I PAID FOR IT THERE POSTED SHOW THEY HAVE ITEM LEFT AND THE IF ORDER TODAY THEY CAN BE DELIVER BY 12/28/WHICH IT WAS THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY DAY ON MY ORDER ACCORDING TO THEIR CANCELLATION EMAIL IT WAS DUE TO NOT BEING ABLE TO FILL THE ORDER, BUT IT IS CLEAR THAT THEY CAN FILL THE ORDER THEY JUST WANTED MORE MONEY FOR THE PRODUCT THAN THE ORIGINAL PRICE THEY SOLD IT TO ME AMAZON SENT THEM AN EMAIL STATING THAT I WANT MY ORDER TO BE REFILL AT THE ORIGINAL PRICE SINCE IT IS WHAT IS JUST AND FAIRTHEY REPLY TO ME WITH TWO LINE SORRY FOR THE CANCELLATION BUT YOU CAN RE-ORDER AMAZOM ORDER N#***

I placed an order for a table through Amazon which was supposed to be delivered by Sept 14th On Sept 18th I received a notification that the table had been delivered to an address in a different city I contacted UPS, the shipper, and they confirmed that the shipment address was not mine but an address in another city I attempted to contact the seller by email and phone to have a replacement table expedited but received no response from either inquiry

I ordered a product off of Amazon which was cancelled within minutes of orderingSTL Pro sent an email stating the item had already shipped so they could not cancel the orderI did not receive the item until weeks after ordering so there is no way that this item was shipped within minutes of ordering itThe return policy was not posted until after the ordering process was complete in which they charge more that shipping charges (which were free when you order) plus 15% restocking feeSTL Pro does not disclose this prior to purchasing which is not fully disclosing their process of completing a saleI want to prevent the same thing from happening to others!

I had ordered a 12’’ *** doll from STL PRO Inc through ***’s website stated my package was delivered on December 4, 2017, in Dayton, OH, which is over hours away from my address that was givenI waited a few days to make sure it was not a glitch, and by December 8th I contacted the company through ***, and stated the issue that my packages was listed as delivered, but it was delivered to Dayton and not Howard, OH, and I still had not recieved my packageI received and email back stating I was one of the customers affected by a glitch and I had received the wrong tracking information, and to allow hours for new tracking and my package should be delivered soondays later still no package, still no tracking numberI messaged back stating this issue, and was sent an email stating that my tracking number states it was delivered to the proper address on December 4th (this was the original tracking number that I was given on ***, and it was the same issue for con

I placed an order for a Nerf N-Strike Elite Sonic Ice Centurian on July The delivery date was beyond what I needed, so I cancelled the order the same day Response back to me the next day was that they could not cancel the order as it had already been processed for shipping I sent a few not too nice emails to them, no response I got an email today, July that the item was shipped via *** ** at 10:am, *** ** has not yet received the itemI put a call into STL this afternoon, as of yet, have not had any response from them I have also notified my bank regarding this whole issue, they have made notes on my pending charge and will notify me if this is actually charged to my account Of course, I will never do business with this company again!!!!
