Mrs [redacted] hired us and hopefully she understood what was included in the contract that she signedRidge vent requires soffit venting, and both are always sold as an optionI'm not aware of any roofing contractor's that include either with a new roof purchase We always cover landscaping, etcHoweverif the wind blew a drop cloth or tarp from the covered areas, I apologize for causing any stressWe will finish her project in a timely mannerWhen we are doing a project that involves more than one trade, occasionally there is a gap between crews, again I apologize for any stress this has causedMy foreman told me that a car was blocking the driveway accessThis may have been a neighbor's car?
