We are responding to the complaint filed 07/24/under ID: [redacted] for Billing or Collection Issues As of this morning(8/1) when I called the patients insurance company, the two claims are in processing and will be completed as of SaturdayThe customer service person could not tell me much more because it sounds like the two claims have been corrected and are reprocessingI can send a final response come Monday 08/08/stating claims have been covered or I can call the reporting party and let her know the outcome We can only see basic things on claims here at the local officeWe have been instructed to send all billing calls to our Billing/customer service department in Boise Thank you Rhonda W [redacted] St Luke’s Clinic EOMA
