I didn't accept the response,120percent not accept. The company used the Chinese customs office as a shield which I cannot accept its excuse. I paid the customs fee for the company which is responsible for my good delivered to my hands. Until now(almost three months) I didn't see any hint of my packages. This is not a bad experience, it is the worst I've ever had. Btw, I didn't see any fair cluase of terms and conditions of the company on refund. And as I know, there are several victims as me. I suspect the company is frauding.

For the terms and conditions for refund, they are listed on the website (Chinese version is http://www.stoexpress.us/listxx.aspx?id=58 and the English version is http://www.stoexpress.us/listxx.aspx?id=57). Once your package shipped out for more than 90 days, you may file the claim by sending email to [redacted]@stoexpress.com for the claim process which will be taking care of within 30 days.

Its out of 90days and meet claim standards. I sent an email 2days ago on claim enquiry without any reply. I have no idea when I'll get my money back and I claim for a compensation.
