Review: I WAS BILLED FOR SERVICES THAT WERE NEVER RENDERED TO ME. I HAVE NEVER HAD SERVICES RENDERED BY THIS FACILITY. THE BILL IS FROM 4/30/15 WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN MY DAUGHTER BUT I AM NOT CERTAIN. I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING THIS BILL FOR SEVERAL MONTHS AND MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO RECTIFY THIS SITUATION HOWEVER IT IS NOT 7 MONTHS LATER AND I RECEIVED IT AGAIN. I HAVE LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES FOR THIS FACILITY WITH NO CALL BACK. I HAVE ALSO SPOKEN TO SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO ASSURED ME EVERY TIME THAT THE MATTER WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF. I'VE EVEN GIVEN MY DAUGHTERS HEALTH INSURANCE INFORMATION SO THAT IT COULD BE BILLED THAT WAY. I WANT THIS MATTER RESOLVED ASAP AND I WOULD LIKE TO STOP RECEIVING A BILL FOR SOMETHING THAT NEVER OCCURRED.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE THIS COMPANY TO STOP BILLING ME FOR SOMETHING THAT NEVER HAPPENED.
