Stay away from this company They are dishonest and do not complete their work in a professional or timely manner I incurred over $of additional costs from their shoddy work when they "installed" an irrigation system in my yard Some of the hoses were not even buried, but they completely buried one of the controller boxes so that I could not even find it without multiple phone calls to them (this should have been reviewed with me before they left my property after the install) Then, one of the heads broke on the second day after the installation, one of the technicians tracked muddy footprints on my workout area carpeting in the basement, and they ripped out electrical lines and landscape lighting in my yard-- despite clearly communicating to the owner and installers that the lines were located where they existed Then, they tossed the asphalt that they had to cut through my driveway into my blueberry bushes -- when I cleared it out, I got the worst case of poison ivy I have ever had (I was so concerned and irate that they did not clear away the debris from the job I didn't even see the poison ivy!) When I failed to pay the final .037% (!!!!) of the job price, they sued me in small claims court!!! STAY AWAY!! I agree with the previous comment -- company name should be PAINMAKER!!! And the plumbing company is just as bad!! I told them where to install the unit on the side of my house where it was out of view and the plumber did it DIRECTLY on the front of the house where it was most convenient for him, but not for me, the homeowner! Nightmare When I told them I was going to pay the last 0.037% they told me my warranty would be void They also made a complete mess of my bluestone walkway which had to be relaid by a mason to fix the horrible job they did when they put all the construction dirt onto the stone dust of the walkway instead of in the driveway where it would not have been an issue Unprofessional and sloppy is the best way to describe this company I have never not fully paid a contractor for a job! They didn't deserve half of what I paid!!!

Not impressed!!! They fixed a broken pipe and left a splice at a bad angle and it blew apart in a couple weeks.(Previous home owner had done before I purchased the home) He said he used them. I fixed the connection myself. I called them to possibly add a zone and fix a valve . Valve was replaced and the assessment was that I couldn't add a zone. They knicked the pipe while digging it up at the part to add a zone. After burying it, found a huge water leak days later. The same also for the new valve they put in, the connection is leaking. Oh I forgot to add that they said they would be here at 8-9 am, they showed up at 4 pm. Bad work the first and second time. They are too busy to fix the valve immediately so they will be here in 2 weeks. This WILL BE the last time they come here! Unless they screw that up too!!! Avoid this lackluster company. They should be called PAINMAKER!!!

Stay away from this company. They are dishonest and do not complete their work in a professional or timely manner. I incurred over $700 of additional costs from their shoddy work when they "installed" an irrigation system in my yard. Some of the hoses were not even buried, but they completely buried one of the controller boxes so that I could not even find it without multiple phone calls to them (this should have been reviewed with me before they left my property after the install). From the start, we were not told the truth about installing an irrigation system on our property. First, our dug well was NOT deep enough to handle an irrigation system, but they didn't tell us that - even after we informed them that we were on a dug well. "It's fine" they said. Well, guess what? It wasn't. And second, we only had a 1/2 horsepower well pump in our home and we were assured that we had enough pressure. Well, guess what? We didn't - and oh, what a coincidence! They also own a plumbing company! So for another $800, they'd be happy to install the correct water pump in our house ... AFTER they installed the system and it didn't work. Then, to top it off, they wouldn't give us the keys we needed to adjust the heads for the system so that they could charge us additional service fees to come out and adjust the heads (which they normally do provide, as I know people who have had these guys install their systems, and THEY got keys). It took them TWO weeks (and many harassing phone calls and emails) to finally get us ONE lousy key. They installed the system and that's the LAST we saw of them. They never came back to review the system with us or anything. Just left us high and dry to figure it out on our own. I will never, ever call this company to come back to my house ever. Even though they provide a warranty on the work, I will hire another irrigation company to do it. Not Rainmakers!
