Review: Closed my account on 11/*/14 and am being billed $169 for software/data fees for the entire month of November. Contacted support and they will not give me a partial refund or even give me access to the data for the rest of the month that I have been charged for. Speedtrader withheld this amount from the funds they wired back to my bank account.Desired Settlement: A refund of the money they have kept from my account when closing it.
