Currently, our phone lines are operating from 8AM-4PM EST, but emails and messages sent to us through our direct messaging service on StockNGo are continuously checked and answered throughout the day. As this order was actually listed incorrectly, we had gone ahead and issued the customer a full refund per our usual protocol. The customer does not need to worry about returning the items as we don’t want to add any additional hassle.  Again, we apologize for any of the trouble, and if they have any further issues, they can definitely reach back out to us and we’ll do our best to clear anything up!Thank you!

I purchased multiple hair care products from stockngo. The products all come with 1 month left before being expired, and there is no way I could have used it before then. The bottles are also squished. I tried to call multiple times, and keep being sent to their voicemails. When I finally talked with them, They would not even considered partial refund for me and keep finding excuses to brush me off.
