I made an online appointment to have recall work done Upon arrival at the dealership I was immediately greeted by service adviser Danielle who was very friendly She processed my paperwork and arranged to have the shuttle take me home while the work was performed During the two hours or so it took to complete the work she called me three times, once to let me know the work was in progress, once to tell me the work was completed and once to tell me the shuttle was on its way to pick me up When I arrived the paperwork was processed very quickly and my car was returned to me washed and clean

Review: In March 2014 purchased a 2012 "certified used" hyundai form Stockton Hyundai when I purchased the vehicle I was told the vehicle would come with a certified inspection so that I could see everything passed their inspections. After we signed the loan paperwork I was told they did "not have a key to that room" because it was after the service dept went home. I was told they would mail me the inspection. It has now been 3 months and I have not received the inspection. I have called multiple times and emailed. I receive no response to my email and when I call the receptionist says she'll have someone call me but I have never received a returned call. The day after I purchased the vehicle I noticed the parking brake light was not working on the dash board, I called multiple times regarding this as well and received no call backs, I had to have my father repair this. Why did I buy a certified car that was supposed to have a warranty if I have to repair items myself and can not get an answer from the dealership. I still have no yet received the plated for the vehicle either. When I purchased the vehicle the manager said if there was any issues to let them know and give them a chance before giving any negative reviews. I think I have given them plenty of time to correct the issues but they have ignored me.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the certified inspection and all warranty info I was promised at the time of purchase within 14 days. Receive reimbursement for the parking brake repair and have the dealership complete the proper paperwork so that the [redacted] can send me the plates for the vehicle.
