I took my prop into these guys to get an AD taken care of and get the prop gone through. They basically overhauled the prop except for grinding the blades and I had it remounted on my airplane. 25 hours later 3 bolts sheared and the prop almost came off in the air. After talking to Mike, the service mgr, who could only say " never seen that before". After many months of tests by Hartzell is was found that these guys should have put new bolts in. Their response... Charge me $1500 to rebuild the prop again. They do not stand by their wok. Their website says "integrity" and "we stand behind our work"' but I sure did not see any evidence of it. I would never use them again and neither should you as your life may depend on it.
