Review: After my grandmothers death. Her husband, [redacted], health declined.He will be 93 and currently resides in a dementia care unit.It has taken more than a year attorney, advisors, to sort out his finances.I was assigned DPOA and executor but I didn't have access to all [redacted]s keys.Bills were sent and returned to Stockton Secured Storage. I , now, resolved the mail issues and receive his mail at my residence.I contacted the storage facility numerous times to resolve the outsanding bill.They yell, hang up on me, and owner will not return my phone call. The say "it's out of our hands and trailer is going to auction"Desired Settlement: I'd like to pay the storage fees less the $55/day penalty
