The date of the "Problem" was 5/20/and the description of the complaint was regarding the refund the customer was expecting back for a returnThe return was made and the refund was issued on 5/19/2017, which might have not appeared in the customer's bank / credit card account for 3-days as
this is typical for refundsReference #***.We are more than willing to work with the customer if there is any outstanding issues the customer still has
