Customers - beware. This company will take on jobs that it's not fit to do. Mr. Stocum and his crew nearly ruined my home and took no ownership of the mistakes made. On the surface, the "look" of Mr. Stocum's work is fine but he is not capable of sound structural construction. He failed to obtain appropriate permits to conduct the work on my home for an addition and it had to be halted until the permits could be obtained. I provided architectural designs from a reputable design firm for Mr. Stocum that displayed exactly what needed to be completed and he was not able to adequately follow them. He overcharged at every turn. The addition did not pass coding inspection until I hired another contractor to fix all of Mr. Stocum's mistakes. The entire process took over five years to fix. Please beware of this contractor!
