Review: All shingles removed from roof and new roof completed Feb. 15, 2012. [redacted] was paid in full on that date. June 5 I called Stokes to report wet bricks in living room fireplace and inside patio from rain. Said he would call when he could come. June 14 I called Stokes. His comment "is that still leaking?". He made an appointment to come, but failed to show. June 22 Stokes made a promise to come check the roof leak, but again, failed to show. August 15 Stokes finally answered a call I made to him. Said he couldn't tell me when he could come. Said he would call and make an appt. Said if he didn't call by the following Monday that I was to call him. He didn't call and never returned my calls. I mailed a certified letter on August 29,2012. It was refused and returned to me on Sept. 14,2012. Since that time I had another major leak in a different area during heavy rains.Desired Settlement: I simply want what I paid for..a roof that doesn't leak. The roof was done in the manner that Stokes suggested. All shingles were removed, old felt was removed, 30 year [redacted] shingles were installed and a cricket was built on the back side of the chimney.
