I hired stokes landscaping to mow my lawn shortly after having a heart attack and being ordered by my doctor to not do that task At first, wall was well, however over time the job became sloppy, the contract didn't show up on time and most of the his equipment was in disrepair That caused poor mow quality
In order to help the guy out, I offered and actually did weld and repair quite a bit of his equipment The contractor even made special trips to my place to get his equipment repaired
This summer, I accidentally punched in a bill in the online bill pay for the wrong number ($rather than $ the month before was $and I just read the wrong line.) You would have thought the world was coming to an end All summer, they have been sending me NASTY bills with NASTY, handwritten notes complaining that I shorted them money I wound up even OVER PAYING them, but still I get nasty notes about being behind, when I have every receipt and can easily prove I've paid all my bills
Needless to say, I will never do business with someone like this again and I would never recommend ANY to do business with them As I said, shoddy work ethic, shoddy equipment, takes advantage of customer's willing to help them and the first time something goes wrong, they go absolutely nuts and needlessly escalated what could have been a polite, simple question about having send the wrong amount on a check into what the situation is today
