Called for a repair to our dock the Friday before New Year's weekend, The owner was there late in the day (!), but leaving on vacation the following weekWhen I explained the problem, he knew what the service person needed to bring He set up an appointment for us, at our convenience, for the following Tuesday morning: repairman arrived on time; fixed the dock; sent us a bill subsequently Great service! Now we have a problem with our outboard overheating Hoping for the same positive result
