plants possible. In this particular case, the customer was not satisfied with the results of his seeds and contacted our office. We did provide him with some growing tips that would assist in producing quality plants.A family business since 1881, Stokes Seeds services more than 50,000 home gardeners and 20,000 commercial growers. The products on this customers order had been sold to many customers with no product complaint history and we track every product complaint. Despite these facts we offered to replace all his seed, which he refused.We have now issued a refund for the total amount of the customer's order ($21.45} as of August 23,2016. Again, our goal Is to ensure that each customer is totally satisfied with their purchase and if dissatisfied,we do our best to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved.
