They did a good job pouring my basement. But the clean-up and follow up was horrendous. There was a 3-4 foot long, 6 inch deep divot from the tires. They left a pile of mixed concrete in my garden and tons of concrete stones in my yard. 2 foot wide path from the basement window, 10 feet+ to the garden. I asked them to come clean up and they scraped up some of the pile left in my garden, but left tons of stones in the yard and a flatter layer of stones still in the garden. When I contacted them again, he apologized up and down. He said he was really [redacted] at his crew and that he was going to call them and get them over to my house to fix it. The next day no one showed. Called him again. He said he asked them to pick up loom to fill the divot, but the place was closed. That they would be there the next day. I get home at 3:30, no-one came by. Called him, said they got busy, and that someone would be by, and at the very latest Saturday early am. Promised me up and down. 30 minutes later the crew showed up with a truck full of, non-sifted loom. I heard commotion outside. When I went out to talk with them, they had piled dirt all over the trail of stones and over the pile of concrete in the garden, without even attempting to try and clean up the leftover concrete. I told them to clean it all out. Take up the concrete left in my yard, and to use the loom to fill the hole only. I had to stand over them, all while they are huffing at me. They cleaned up maybe a cups worth of stone. Tossed it into the loom in the truck, then proceeded to take that exact loom, and spread it through my yard.When I called the owner again and explained to him that his crew just tried to pull the wool over my eyes by covering up the problem with dirt, he said he was very sorry. Very mad at his crew, and then promised to be there first thing in the morning to fix the problem. "Don't worry sweetheart. I will be there first thing. I promise. We will fix this." I haven't heard from him since this call. They never showed.Product_Or_Service: Concrete FlooringDesired SettlementI would like a partial refund of [redacted] to fix this mess. My lawn is ruined. My grass is dead from where the stones are, and the dirt they put down. I am going to have to do some serious yard repair. I can't even mow my lawn.
