I am rejecting this response because:There is nothing false about my complaint on yelp or with the Revdex.com. To say I have made multiple complaints on social media is FALSE. All I would like is accountability and for the job to be completed. I don't feel like I am asking for a lot. I have been very patient and understanding during this whole process and for the owner to say I have created a false reality is irresponsible. I feel this could have been resolved in a better manner. I have attached screen shots of my text message conversations with the owner of Stollwerck Plumbing, JD showing that he received a part that was never installed and gives you an idea of what my husband and I have been dealing with.
