My experience with Stone City has been exceptional Zhu Y*** (aka Joann) is dedicated in providing you with the very best in customer service Zhu Y*** will not stop until you are satisfied with your choices and will work tirelessly to meet your cabinet and counter top needs The installation crew is like an organized tornado of installation Five men showed up exactly on schedule and worked NON-STOP until our cabinets were up and perfect They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up exceptionally well You would be hard pressed to find a more reasonably priced business that sells and installs cabinets and counter tops at this level I would not hesitate to use this business again
We are so very pleased with our beautiful granite countertops The selections process with Joann was so smooth She really worked with us making a decision and NEVER pushed us toward a higher priced selection, in fact kept giving options that were reasonable The installation was PERFECT Only one seam in a very large U shaped area and even when I show it to people they cannot believe it!!!! I made a decision during the process to add a sideboard and she held the extra piece till I could get it installed and it turned out perfectI had my cabinets and kitchen painted and I am sooooo happy with my year old kitchen The granite just finished off the whole process beautifully!!! Thanks Joann and Nelson for your help with coordination of my colors and excellent service and installation
Stone City was great to work with as we planned for our renovation of our condo Since we had used them previously for granite countertops and sink for our kitchen renovation in our house several years ago, we trusted Stone City to help with this new renovation They were able to obtain the quartz slabs for the kitchen, bathrooms and a laundry They are experts in measuring and installation \r\n\r\n
Stone City is by far the best granite counter top group in Memphis. Went to Mississippi to get tops and found myself in a circle chasing tails ... Drove down, picked out stone, had kitchen sketches (doing two kitchens) to provide and was told a price would be worked up ... then the tail chasing ... the time if took for the MS folks to get to a point of almost pricing - STONE CITY had both priced and INSTALLED .... with great sense of pride in their work and to detail... Stone City will be my first stop for the next kitchen remodel...
Nelson at Stone City was very helpful in our choice of a granite countertop for our kitchen. He didn't try to upsell, showed us what was advertised, and then helped point out what would work best in our kitchen. We are very pleased with the countertop and the experience with his installers. we were immensely pleased with everyone we worked with at Stone City. Joann was friendly, knowledgable & helpful as we searched for just the right granite. Nelson did the measurements & made the template & was delightful to work with. the 3 installers worked so hard & did not leave until it was just perfect. when we removed the old countertop, we discovered water in between the cabinets because of the leaking dishwasher---they helped us clean that up. I did not know I needed to have things out of my cabinets (under where cooktop & sink would go) so they insisted on emptying the cabinets' contents into our big plastic bins. they cleaned up their mess & left with a smile. we definitely would do business with Stone City again!!!
