In addition we have looked at all past records and we have No orders for a *** nor do we have any records of a dress being shipped to the address provided.
In addition, we have checked all of our customer service emails and see absolutely no attempt for *** to get in touch with us.

To resolve this issue we would need the following information.
- Customer email address, order number & full name (Must match original order placed so we can find her order)
- Email that the customer has attempted to contact at Stone Cold Fox
- Pictures of the supposed 'unwearable' dress and reasons as to why it is unwearable and / or different than advertised online.

I was contacting them for a client. The Company made the situation
acceptable by allowing bridesmaid to purchase another dress. The company expedited the order .
It was Very Difficult trying to reach this company by phone. I would
not use them again.. Dresses are expensive and not a quality product.
