If I could give this company more than stars I wouldI called on a Saturday morning and a technician was at my house in about an hourHe was knowledgable about everything and up front about all costs and the steps needed to complete the jobHe explained everything so that I could understandThey attempted to find a part for my AC immediately because they did not have one on handBecause the warranty part was unavailable from the manufacturer, this company did everything in their power to get me AC as soon as possibleThey put in a temporary part so that I was able to live comfortably while they sorted the warrarnty part issueI can not commend them enough for dealing with the manufacturer for me and making sure that company found a part for me ASAPEVERY SINGLE PERSON I spoke to at that company was beyond polite! I called several times for an update and each time I was met with a person who was happy to answer my questionsI could clearly tell with each interaction that this company puts its customers first in every situationIf you want a company that will do it's best on every job- this is the one for you!
