I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.However, I still find it extremely frustrating that he/the company is leaving out/making light of the fact that I had made follow up inquiry emails July 7th, July 18th, and then August 10th; The product was ordered June 25thweeks is an unacceptable amount of time to be left in the dark when told the turn around time is 10-daysI got my refund, but my aunt and uncle never got there engraved stone for the son they lostI would have expected the owner to try to make it right after reading how frustrated my wife and I were with their service, or lack there ofI have the emails with no response savedI accept the refund, but I would have expected the owner to fulfill the order at either a reduced cost or at no cost at all [that's what a good company does for a dissatisfied customer]He only responded after my August 10th email stating my intent to file a complaintSo I do still desire no further contact due to being so frustrated, but wanted to make note that the refund is the least amount of effort to make things right and in the future perhaps consider actually fulfilling the product ordered or at least respond and explain why there is such a lengthy delay when first contacted

This customer sent two complaints with the same day or twoWe responded to the first complaintThe productorsered is custom made to order and turn around times varyWe received an email requesting to cancel the order and issue a refund which we did the next dayThere is always a slight delay
from when any company issues a refund to when in posts to their accountWe tried to reach out to this customer to resolve this issue outside of this platform to which they created a secondary complaint asking for us not to contact themSo in summary, they asked for a refund, which we provided, then they filed a complaint here, we attempted to contact them to remedy/assure them that the refund had been issued as requested, only to have them file another complaint requesting no further contactWe can't do bothWe can't try to make it right while also not communicatingWe wish this customer the best and sincerely hope that this issue is considered resolved

We've spoken with this customer and cancelled their order as requested. We never processed payment for this order so a refund was not necessary. Turn around times vary depending on work volume and the customer declined our offer to proceed with order. We feel that this order has already been...
