Had work done by Stone Creations in June I discovered a crack in the cement up by the driveway door It started to chip away and I called the company After numerous calls I finally spoke with e rep She came out and took pictures and wrote up a report and said someone would be out to fix the crack the next time they had a job in area I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM I CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES AND NEVER HAD A RETURN CALL I CALLED AT LEAST TIMES NOTHING-------------- On Oct 7th found they were doing a job in [redacted] and went down to talk with them We talked to the BOSS, a very arrogant and rude man, finally after I told him my story he said he would make a phone call He said they would be come and make the repair between 3:and 5:that afternoonNOTHING---------- We ask for the mans phone Nohe called and he would not give it to us _ NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH
We had a very positive experience with Stone Creations. Our driveway and walk is exactly what we want and a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend them. Several neighbors have stopped by to ask who did the work.
