I'd like to file this complaint regarding an incorrect custom-cabinet delivered to us by StoneCreek Furniture.

A TV stand was purchased from the company on 8/17/13 with a wood finish that was a close match to an alder wood desk we already own. The color selected from the [redacted] showroom was labeled "[redacted]." Therefore the order was signed off with code [redacted] as the sample was labeled. Unfortunately, the TV stand delivered bares no resemblance to the wood sample at the [redacted] showroom. Both associates at the [redacted] showroom on 9/21 agreed with the variance after we took in a door from the TV stand to solve the mystery.

We suspect the sample board at the [redacted] gallery is misaligned with the actual color codes at the factory. For reference, a door from our desk was left with the [redacted] staff who was going to send this door to the factory as a reference of the color ordered.Desired Settlement: For resolving this matter, we are asking Stonecreek to uninstall the TV stand and take back to the factory to make the necessary color correction within 1 week.

We will not allow Stonecreek furniture to make the correction at our home since we want to avoid the odors; and stress of seeing the process of the product correction without a Stonecreek supervisor seeing the product.

If the correction process does not yield a tv stand with the color as originally ordered from the sample board at [redacted] showroom; then we are demanding Stonecreek make a new TV stand that is matched to the [redacted] sample as ordered.

The [redacted] staff assured us they will be able to re-stain the already made tv stand to match the color ordered, however, if not, we do ask that the company make a new one or refund our money.

Stone Creek did deliver the Atkins credenza on 09/20/13 and we received a call on 09/21/2013 and created a work order to pick up the credenza and a door of the customers to match it to. We redelivered the unit on 10/04/2013 and the Atkins accepted and signed off.

Stone Creek does stand behind our product.

The products that I ordered were exactly what I wanted; a beautiful dresser and a nightstand. Unfortunately, as I was trying to lift my older type TV onto the dresser, it scraped the edge on the way up. I hadn't even had it a week and it was already damaged; I was horrified. I called Stone Creek and they were extremely nice and helpful. They came back and picked up the top and took it back in to repair it. It was delivered back to my home repaired.. all at no charge. I couldn't be more pleased with this company and highly recommend their quality furniture.
