to fix the problems. As of Septmeber 28, 2016 2 different servicers sent in reports stating there was nothing wrong with this unit. On September 30, 2016 [redacted] sent us an email stating they were dealing with the customer directly and had been in contact with him. We have called [redacted] since this complaint was filed and they will not share their files with us however they again said they were dealing with Mr. [redacted] directly.
