We were called out to this home for a sewer clog problemShe did not meet us, and had her daughter there insteadAfter
working on this, we could not get thru the line with our cable, from her cleanout, and also couldn't locate which direction the sewer line ranWe told her she owed us for the dayWe also told her that we could locate the sewer for her, with our equipment for $and determine what the next step for repairing her line would costShe gave us her credit card information and we ran the The next day we used our equipment and located her sewer lineShe lives in a cul de Sac, and there are city main sewer lines behind her homeWe determined which direction the sewer ran, and located the line out back near her fenceWe believe she has a major problem under that back fence, and there are a lot of utilities buried back thereUsing caution to dig back there will require some time and about cost to herWe told her that all of her cost to date, would be deducted from this She decided not to do this work and we ran her card for the remaining I have no problem though, reimbursing her if she feels like that is what we told herWe apologize for her misunderstandingWe never met this lady, and it surely might have been easier to communicate if we had seen her, we are not a dishonest company and it is unfortunate for her to feel this way, again we apologize for her misunderstandingWe are working with the credit card service now, to reimburse her
