Stone Dentistry & Dentures

I had a tooth extracted on 1/14/19 at stone dentistry. The bill for that sevice was $269.00. I have two dental insurances. I missed a follow up appointment and they charged me a fee of $79.00.They sent me a bill for $329.50 On 4/18/19 I paid Stone dentisty $137towards the late payment and my deductible. Stone dentistry billed my primary insurance $269.00,the entire amount despite me paying towards the deductible. Stone Dentistry is in network with my primary insurance and I called them and they said that Stone Dentistry was only allowed to bill $135 as they are in network. My Primary insurance (guardian insurance) paid stone dentistry $76.50 less the deductible that I paid. Stone dentistry then billed my secondary insurance for 192.50, not accounting for the deductible I paid and not accounting for them being in network and having a cap on billing. In turn, my secondary insurance paid$ 102.50. Stone dentistry is now saying that I owe them $90 when I should owe them nothing.
