*** ***To Whom This Concernes,Im writing in response to a complaint we had againts Stone Guys Stucco & Stone LLC ID# ***I recieved a call from *** and explained to
her I needed to see paper work before I do anytingAfter looking at the Estimate #*** and Invoice #*** We clearly state that we are simply fastening EXISTING stucco to house and giving it a fresh color coatThe process is similar to painting the stuccoWould the painter be responsible for the cracks? We did not apply the stucco system so we are not responsibleThe complaint goes to the original stucco applicator or manufactorer or the foundation for moving.Our color coat warranty only covers fading and color not bonding to wall.Attached are original estimates and invoices.ThanksJabierStone Guys Stucco & Stone LLC

If the crack is in the new stucco we applied that is covered by a year product warrantyAn application will need to be filled out and an appointment will need to be set with field representativeWhen they approve the application they will provide us with materials and funds to repair the job

*** *** *** *** * *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***,RE complaint # ***I am rejecting this response because: The PDF's that Jabier attached show that new stucco was attached to the front of the home and that there is a year warranty for the final color coat where the crack has appeared I want Jabier to stand by his work and warranty and come take a look, if additional money is required to fix then an estimate would be needed Jabier is free to call me and if he had done so in the first place I would not have gone down this path.The crack is between the window and the porch I don't have a photo of this to include.I'm attaching photos of the front of the home.Regards,*** ***Attachments
