Control Board. We follow all guidelines as dictated by the PLCB. I can assure you that we do not water down liquor served to our patrons.
I am sorry Ms. [redacted] was unhappy with her visit. I can assure you that we do everything to encourage repeat business and have a fine reputation within the community for our restaurant as well as our tavern.

Review: My husband and I were guests at the Stone House Inn. We went to the bar before dinner to order drinks. I asked if they have Sapphire (gin). She said they do not have Sapphire, would I like Old Bombay instead. (Sapphire is a higher end of the Old Bombay gin.) I said that would be okay. She asked if I wanted it with tonic water and I said "No, please make me a martini, extra dry." The bar maid gave me my Old Bombay martini. I tasted the drink and thought it was strange. I have a martini almost every night and I thought the taste was strange. The bar maid asked me how I liked the martini and it occurred to me that the gin was diluted. It was diluted with water. I told her that I have a gin martini almost every night and it appears to me that this martini has been diluted. She asked if I wanted a Beefeaters or a Tanqueray martini. I chose a Beefeaters and it was no better. I believe this restaurant waters down their alcohol. The bar maid never denied that the gin was watered down. To top it off the restaurant charges an extra $2.50 for Old Bombay and an extra $1.50 for Beefeaters on top of the normal martini charge.Desired Settlement: I do not want any kind of settlement for me personally. I want Revdex.com to go to the restaurant, unannounced, and inspect the liquor bottles if possible. If Revdex.com doesn't do this type of work then please notify the Pennsylvania agency that has jurisdiction over this, such as the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. I believe their liquor license should be suspended. They are in violation of the Uniform Commercial Code by serving up non-conforming goods.
